Christian Bono

NorthBridge’s newest team member is Christian Bono, Vice President of Leasing. Christian is relocating to the Tampa Bay area with a vast knowledge of lease negotiations from a strong portfolio of 17 properties which produces approximately $4 billion in retail sales annually. He provides senior-level attention to leasing activity for commercial properties throughout Florida.

Christian’s expertise includes budget forecasting, client relationships, and lease administrations. Additionally, he focuses on maintaining a strong relationship with owners and tenants integrated under the leasing platform chosen by NorthBridge Commercial Real Estate Group.

With a background in managing a team of leasing representatives and operational tasks, Christian’s skillset will be utilized to secure new tenants and strategize on building the existing tenant mix to maximize value to the center.
