Philip Letelier

Phil serves as Vice President of Office and Industrial Services at Northbridge Commercial Real Estate Group, where he represents landlords and investors in the leasing, sales and acquisition of commercial real estate. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience, with a background that spans brokerage, property management and marketing and research.

Prior to joining Northbridge, Phil held senior leadership roles at well-established commercial real estate firms, including serving as Vice President of Brokerage Services at Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions with a focus on industrial, office and land transactions. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Director at Andretta Properties, where he was involved in more than 200 transactions encompassing industrial and office leasing, sales, and acquisitions.

Phil also spent nearly seven years as Marketing Director at Carter and Associates- one of the Southeast’s largest privately held commercial real estate companies at the time. In that role, he supported transactions totaling 17 million square feet and more than $2 billion in value, including a portfolio of 24 national Class A office buildings valued at over $750 million.

Phil served as an active-duty paratrooper in the United States Army from 1989 to 1993 and deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia and Iraq. He was awarded several medals, including the Army Commendation Medal, in recognition of his service.
