Ceci has extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area with expertise in property management, leasing, budget forecasting, client relations, and maintains strong relationships with owners. With a keen eye for optimizing property performance and a deep understanding of market dynamics, Ceci has successfully overseen portfolios of high-value assets across multiple regions.

Ceci currently oversees the facilities management and leasing of over 800,000 square feet, producing approximately $4 billion in retail sales annually. She provides senior-level attention to property management and leasing activity for commercial properties throughout Florida. Her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have consistently increased asset value and operational efficiency.

Ceci holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of industry associations and regularly contributes to thought leadership in commercial real estate.
