Jannie C. Hueting

Founder and President of NorthBridge Commercial Real Estate Group, Jannie C. Hueting is a Tampa native with over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation.

She has extensive experience in third-party leasing and has spent most of her career leasing for grocery-anchored, power, and unanchored strip centers. Her experience includes a diverse portfolio from privately held assets to publicly traded REITS. This portfolio includes assets that are either owned or managed by GE Capital, Heitman, ING, PGIM Real Estate (formerly Prudential Real Estate Investors), and Publix Super Markets, Inc.

Jannie’s underlying skillset represents an ardent sense of customer value and the ability to close deals through a mutually beneficial win-win approach, highlighting all aspects of tenant and landlord representation, including knowledge of emerging market trends, site selections, and accomplished negotiations.

Jannie prides herself on extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate markets throughout Florida, concentrating on Central Florida and the West Coast. She has working relationships with local, regional, and national retailers and developers throughout Florida, with an emphasis on retaining and growing business through positive relationships, effective communication, and partnership.

Before launching NorthBridge, Jannie was instrumental in establishing Retail Solutions Advisors, as Broker of Record, Regional Vice President, and responsible for leasing, tenant representation, and new business development; as Retail Leasing Specialist at Ramco-Gershenson responsible for securing tenants throughout her REIT-held portfolio; and founded the original NorthBridge Property Services, a Tampa-based brokerage firm dedicated to serving national and local tenants throughout Florida.

In addition to landlord and tenant representation, Jannie is actively involved with industry-related committees that include chairperson for Ladies in Commercial Real Estate (LICRE) formerly Ladies in the Biz for nearly ten years, and the Tampa and Orlando Retail Bus Tour. Jannie is also a long-time participant of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
